Returns and Exchanges:

SMK gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

  • Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
  • Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
  • Once shipping label is created refunds will not be issued
  • All order adjustments must be made within 24 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale

If items are damaged please provide proof via email for a refund or exchange. 


1. What is the current turn around time?- Current turn around time is estimated at 1-2 weeks , but may vary during sales or any special promotions. 

2. How are orders shipped? -All domestic orders are shipped USPS first class with tracking and/or with an option for insurance. 

3. What if my order is marked delivered, but I have not received it? - If tracking reflects that a package has been delivered contact your local post office for details. Simply Me, Kish is not responsible for lost delivered packages and it is highly recommended the purchase of insurance to cover the cost of the package. 

4. My order is stuck in transit and/or I have not received it. What do I do?- If your package is delayed and you have not received it, contact your local USPS. If your package have not been received in 30 days after the original scanned in date a refund or another order can be sent out to you. 

5. Do you have any additional information with my tracking?- Unfortunately, we do not have any additional information. It's highly recommended to contacted your local post office once orders are scanned in. 

6. Can I cancel my order?-  Yes, we do accept cancellations. However, cancellations must be made within 24hours from purchase. A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the subtotal cost for all canceled orders. This covers paypal and/or shopify's restocking fee. Paypal and/or shopify do not refund restocking fees to the seller when orders are refunded.
